YOUR PLAN

What should you study today?

Choose your assigned UPCAT date and available time. If you have diagnostic results saved on this browser, the planner will use your lowest measured subject area.

Diagnostics completed

Your plan will appear here.

Start with the time you honestly have. A realistic plan you complete is better than an ambitious plan you avoid.

MY READINESS RESULTS

Your four UPCAT diagnostics

Results completed on this browser appear automatically. A diagnostic measures only the competencies sampled by that assessment.

Recommended first step: Complete your first diagnostic.

MYTH OR FACT?

UPCAT myths worth clearing up

Myth: I need to master every topic before taking practice tests.

Fact: Diagnostics help you decide which topics deserve the most attention. You do not need perfect preparation before establishing a baseline.

Myth: The UPCAT only tests memorization.

Fact: Many items require interpretation, application, elimination, and reasoning using familiar secondary-school concepts.

Myth: One bad diagnostic score means I cannot pass.

Fact: A diagnostic is a starting measurement, not an admissions result. Its value is showing you where focused improvement is possible.

Myth: The longest study session is always the best.

Fact: Consistent, focused review with error analysis usually helps more than exhausting sessions you cannot sustain.

Myth: I should spend all my time on my strongest subject.

Fact: Strong areas need maintenance, but your largest gains often come from repairing weak foundations.

Myth: Review-center competency lists are the official UPCAT syllabus.

Fact: UP names four subtests but does not publish a permanent detailed item-by-item blueprint. Treat review frameworks as evidence-based preparation guides.

TEST-DAY REMINDERS

What to bring—and what to leave behind

Bring only what is required

  • Printed test permit
  • School ID or valid government-issued ID
  • At least two good-quality pencils
  • Sharpener and rubber eraser
  • Water and snacks

Do not use during the test

  • Cellphones
  • Smartwatches
  • Calculating devices
  • Cameras

Follow the exact instructions on your current test permit.

Arrival reminder: The official bulletin currently instructs morning examinees to be at the test center by 6:00 AM and afternoon examinees by 12:00 PM. Your test permit remains controlling.

Last-week checklist

FUN STUFF & CONFIDENCE RESETS

Preparation should not feel heavy every minute.

60-second reset

When your brain feels stuck, pause before forcing another question.

Unclench your jaw. Drop your shoulders. Breathe in for four counts, out for six, three times. Then solve one approachable item.

Today’s permission slip

You are allowed to have an imperfect study day.

Do the smallest useful version: review one mistake, learn one concept, or answer five focused questions. Small work still counts.

Quick confidence check

Progress is easier to notice when you name it.

Finish this sentence: “Compared with last week, I now understand ______ better.” Write it in your notes before continuing.
KEEP THIS HUB HANDY

Return whenever you need your next step.

Your settings and progress are stored only in this browser. Bookmark this page if you plan to use it regularly.
