No. The story is related, but this version was redesigned for Filipino language learning. It adds clothing vocabulary, sentence patterns, outfit descriptions, location language, English support, the clothes hunt, and additional communication activities.
Does the learner already need to speak Tagalog?

Why are some words still in English?

No. The activity combines reading with Filipino vocabulary, visual comprehension, sentence patterns, outfit descriptions, location phrases, message interpretation, inference, and short written replies.
Can this be used for tutoring or homeschooling?
Yes. It can be completed independently or used as part of a guided Filipino lesson. A tutor or parent can pause after each activity and ask the learner to create another sentence using the same pattern.
