One of my favorite mommies online is the person behind Samut-samot , Mommy Pia. Her blogsite has really helped me so much in teaching my son and my other students.  When she emailed me for a potential collab work, I was so thrilled. I literally fangirled all over her. She graciously gifted me with three worksheets. These were stories and exercises that I wrote and that she fixed to make them look nicer.  I am now sharing her gifts with you.  The first one is about a girl who seemingly lost her wallet. Aesop wrote a short story about a crow that found a piece of cheese. As it was about to eat, a fox saw it and tricked the crow into dropping the cheese. Will this story have the same ending? Ang Matalinong Uwak         Isang araw, may isang uwak na nakakita ng karne na nakabilad sa ilalim ng araw. Dali-dali niya itong kinuha at inilipad sa tuktok ng isang puno.         Sisimulan na sana ng uwak na kainin ang karne nang may marinig   itong malakas na boses ng isang asong gubat.         “Sa lahat ng ibon dito sa kagubatan, ikaw, uwak, ang may pinakamagandang boses. Maaari ka bang umawit para sa akin?” ang sabi ng asong gubat.         Natuwa ang uwak sa narinig. Inilagay nito ang karne sa ilalim ng kanyang paa at saka umawit. Hindi nalaglag ang karne na inaasahan ng asong gubat. Umalis na lamang ito patungo sa gitna ng gubat. Pag...
