Declarative Sentence – This is a statement. It tells you something
or talks about something. It ends with a period (.).

Interrogative Sentence – This asks a question. It ends with a
question mark (?).

Did

Imperative Sentence – This expresses a command. It can also come
as a request. It tells you to do something. It ends with a period (.).
Please
throw this wrapper in the trashcan.
Stop.
·
Exclamatory Sentence – This is an expression of a strong feeling.
It ends with an exclamation point (!).
